Needs to be redone

Using a 3rd gen iPad. This does t work at all. It appears the movement comes directly from the iPad, not the face. I set it up straight and moved my face all over, it barely moved. I shift the iPad around and it begins to move. Id venture to say this doesnt really even use the camera.. Thats how bad it is
